This is only time when an organisation has won this award . Previously it was shared between individuals .
Economics- Paul Milgrom and Robert Wilson for their contributions to auction theory .
They developed new ways to sell things , like radio waves , carbon emissions permits which are very complicated products with multiple bidders .
